I had forgotten about this photo. Every time I see it I can't help it, I bust up laughing outloud in a room all by myself, haha. Duncan's expression just cracks me up. Olivia was so excited to see that Santa had left them a Dora Table. Duncan?

The tide came in fairly high and Duncan was a little disturbed by it. He positioned himself by the rocks and announced: "... me... safe... by rocks..."

Believe it or not... this is a game. It's called "Walking On The Ceiling" and it entertains my children for far longer than I ever thought humanly possible.

The Ice Cream Princess

This is a new creation: The Ice Cream Princess. She's not only magically making ice cream but she's also wearing an ice cream cone Princess hat!

"Can I write my name on it?"

Olivia still loves her NickJr.com and PBSkids.org and plays them on the days she doesn't have Preschool. She printed this Holly Hobbie paper doll from one of the sites and while I was in the shower she opened the door and yelled "MOM! Can I write my name on it?"

It was harmless, so I let her use the markers to write her name on a white spot so that she didn't get it on "her girl's" clothes.

When I turned the water off she came back in to show me her work. "See mom? I put my name and then I put "NO" so that no one will touch it because it's not their's."

Oh wow, okay.
I don't think she realizes that Duncan can't read...
